We have worked with many companies where the employees are very eager to tell us all of the internal challenges only to fight the adjustments that would solve those same challenges. What we have taken away, is that there are too many people relying on built in excuses to help them feel better about their less than excellent results.
Excuse the excuses and see who rises up to your new expectations.
