Yesterday, Ian Donahue asked me a great question on LinkedIn:

“How do you consistently find things to post about without forcing it?”

Honestly… I think people focus too much on WHAT to post and not enough on HOW to notice content in the first place.

Here’s what works for me:

I don’t force ideas.

I document moments.

If something makes me think…

If I give someone advice…

If I see something interesting…

If something frustrates or inspires me…

I save it.

Then in the morning I go back through everything and ask:

“What’s the lesson?”

“What might help someone else?”

That’s usually where the content comes from.

The biggest mindset shift for me was realizing content shouldn’t feel manufactured.

It should feel observed.
