I can’t believe I let this happen…
I can’t believe I let this happen…
- I Prepared 🔥
- I practiced 🎤
- I made a backup 💪
- I got there early ⏰
- I tested the microphone 🎙️
- I tested the clicker 🔘
- I saw that my slides were loaded 📊
But I made a critical mistake. I didn’t check all of the slides…
So when I hit the stage I realized it was the wrong presentation… I don’t know how it happened, but it did.
I did my best to pivot. I tried to find my way, but eventually I had to just put the slides away and start talking to try to deliver as much value as possible to the audience.
Mistakes happen. You must adjust in real time, take a deep breath and then learn from them so they never happen again.
That will never happen again!
