Observation

Innovation is only successful if all parties are willing to push limits and fail.

Innovation is only successful if all parties are willing to push limits and fail.

I vividly remember this day at Padres Spring Training and how happy I was at the willingness of baseball ops to push beyond their comfort zone. We executed an in-game Twitter chat from the dugout and I got to capture content from the manager’s seat on the field. These were both incredible experiences, not just for me but for our fans as we got them closer to team than ever before.

If you are a leader that wants to drive an innovation in your business, look around and make sure that all of your key stakeholders have that same vision. It only takes one person in a key position to slow down the progress of the entire company.
