Leaders who value continuous learning and don't force people into structures help them grow.

I was lucky in my early years to work for a leader who valued us continuously learning and improving.

I was lucky in my early years to work for a leader who valued us continuously learning and improving.

When I was a young kid handing out T-shirts at WEEI, there was a sales manager who took the time to help me grow through the years. He realized my talents and didn’t make my conform to a structure where I would’ve failed, but always pushed me to gain more skills and experience. We used to bust his chops and call him the professor, because he was the son of two teachers and he was always getting us to learn new things. I know that Jim Rushton must be beaming to see one of those students actually roll out a new program to teach the next generation about the incredible industry that we have all had a chance to be a part of. The launching of #SalesUniversity is just another great example of the work that Bob Lynch and SponsorUnited continue to do to change the industry.

Teachers inspire others to teach. I love to help others find their way and guide them to success and I love seeing my friends doing the same things!
