Big ideas are great, but what matters is the execution. That’s why I always tell young people: Embrace the grind. The hard work you put in will pay off later in life. ⏳

- Execution is everything 🔨: What really matters is turning those ideas into reality.

I’ve met way too many people recently who love to tell me how great they are at coming up with big ideas. 🎤

But did you do it? What were the results? What did you do to actually make those ideas happen?

In today’s influencer culture, it seems like too many people are chasing fame, trying to get rich quick, or looking to ascend to some big title or the appearance of success. 🎯

If you can do it, good for you! But I’m not recommending the CEO of Nothingness from their Instagram bio for any job. 👎
