What’s the best part of your job? 🤔

Mine has become very clear to me recently.

I get to help people win.

As a consultant, I get brought in to help businesses get aligned around a common goal and story. Along the way, I get to help people improve in their roles, identify disconnects, and work together to fix them.

And when people are open to the challenge and willing to put in the work… the results are incredible.

Knowing someone has a better future in front of them because of work you did together is an amazing feeling.

As a business owner, I get to do the same thing inside our own company.

Helping people grow in directions THEY want to go. Creating clarity around where we are headed as a company and what’s expected along the way.

And sometimes that clarity leads people to realize they don’t want to go where we’re going.

And honestly?

I love that too.

Because clarity helps everyone win.

We all get to choose how we spend our days.
