A few weeks ago Katie Jackson called me and said, “I have a crazy idea…”
A few weeks ago Katie Jackson called me and said, “I have a crazy idea…”
I love crazy ideas!!!
She continued, “what if we surprise Kanani and Kristen (my wife) with dinner at The French Laundry to say thank you for all of their hard work this summer?”
Did I mention that I love crazy ideas?!?!
So last Friday we all flew up to Napa for an incredible experience. Here are a few takeaways from an incredible evening with these amazing ladies:
- Flawless execution is just magical to experience 🦄
- Showing your people that you notice their effort is so important 🤗
- Details matter 📍
- Sharing magical moments with special people make the moments matter more 🪄
- Even the clock on the wall was there to tell a story ⏰
I loved this entire experience and I was so excited to experience something that Katie loves so much with some important people to us.
Work hard, play harder but don’t forget to stop and appreciate the moments and the people who helped create them. ❤️
