This picture is from Spring training 9 years ago, for our annual brand presentation to the major league players at the Padres. We always shared our vision on the business side, but this change started to bring the entire organization together.โพ๐
PS. I loved this specific picture, because it started the tradition of bringing the entire marketing group including our TV partner into the meeting, so our players could see all of the people dedicated to make them shine!โจ
