Here are a few things I do to help with this very real struggle:

1. Have a bad ass business partner 💼👊

2. Have a very understanding life partner 💖

3. Join a networking or mastermind group 🌐

4. Create a network of other entrepreneurs and check on each other OFTEN! 🤝

5. Be very aware of the signs of depression and get ahead of them ⚠️

6. Share your losses with people, not just your wins 💬
