The superpower of being an operator can’t be underestimated. ⚡
I spend a lot of time studying trends and strategizing how our partners can leverage them. But before I ever suggest a new tactic, I like to get my hands dirty and test it myself.
That’s why yesterday, I awkwardly set up a full live streaming setup in a coffee shop ☕ and challenged myself to go LIVE for 30 minutes. (Yes, really.) 🎥
Here’s what I learned:
1️⃣ Gary Vaynerchuk was right—the biggest barrier to success online is conquering your own internal fears.
2️⃣ Come prepared. Having topics and thoughts in advance is key.
3️⃣ Don’t get discouraged by ZERO viewers. (Yep, that was a fact… ha!)
As platforms evolve and people’s attention shifts, so should your strategies.
🚨 Pro tip: If you’re taking advice from someone who isn’t actively in the grind or from a book written months ago, it might be time to rethink that approach.
The digital world is ever-evolving, and so should we.
