When you walk away you will be remembered by how you treat others.
We all know that every day isn’t perfect and some days you have to make some tough decisions or uncomfortable calls. If there is one lesson that stands out to me in my years since leaving my last role is that your behavior towards others is really what is important.
I chose this pic of my friend Bob Bolinger and I catching up a little while ago. As a broadcast partner of the team, there were a lot of moving parts everyday and some tough decisions to be made. Throughout the entire process, there was always a level of mutual respect. Years later we still enjoy grabbing a cocktail and looking back on all that we accomplished, and survived… haha
Pretty simple, just be a nice person!
